V&P Solution S.r.l., founded in 2017 with headquarters in Leffe (BG), is a young and dynamic company that was born from an experience started in 2009.

Its business is based on the long-standing experience of its founders in the field of pressure vessels, who constantly invest in the development and growth of their company.

We operate in the manufacturing of boilers and pressure equipment sector. We follow our customers from engineering to the construction of any pressure devices like heat exchangers, reactors, tanks, filters, columns, etc. Our aim is to provide complete assistance on both technical and regulatory aspects.

We also collaborate with trusted professionals with very long experince in various areas such as structural, electronic, automation, plant engineering, boiler construction and heavy carpentry, widening our know-how.

In this way, our customers can obtain their final products by consulting a single company, thus avoiding any waste of time and having a good picture about ​​the timeing and costs of construction. Our services are aimed at companies operating in the oil & gas, technical gas, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry.

We use professional CAD 2D and 3D workstations to project complex systems in a reliable way.

This allows us to carry out also the verification of strength, durability, and devices and critical components performances.

We have at disposal the most advanced calculation and dimensioning software for pressure equipment developed by the manufacturers.

The structural plants verification we carry out:

- Verification of equipment subject to wind and earthquake according to the main European and international codes.

- Verification of the localized loads according to WRC Bulletin 107 e 297, B.S. 5500App. G; EN 13445-3

- Piping verification according to ASME B31.3 e EN 13480-3

- Fatigue analysis according to EN 13445-3.

We are the ideal partner to provide the correct certification of pressure devices. We follow our customers throughout each phase to realize the pressure equipment, from the project to the building and operativity stage.

Thanks to the abilities and expertise of our professionals we also assist our customers for the certification of pressure devices, especially those subject to “PED” (Directive 2014/68/UE) Or ATEX (Directive 2014/34/UE) and for the re-certification of already existing equipment.

Our project managers are responsible for the design and coordinate all the project activities from the initial development to the equipment delivery. The daily used software allows to draw the pressure devices according to the principal European and international Standard (PED, EN, ASME, AD-MERKBLATT, VSR, BS, GOST, and so on).

- Equipment study and pre-dimensioning
- Development and research for optimization of process equipment
- Calculation and dimensioning of supports according to ZICK, AD 2000, B.S. 5500 and EN 13445-3
- Realization of 2D and 3D construction drawings
- Dimensioning of the equipment according to the main design codes: EN 13445, ASME VIII Div.1 e Div.2, VSR ed. 1999, AD 2000 Merkblatt, TEMA.
- Equipment calculation according to GOST 34233.2-2017 with possibility of Russian output.
- Fatigue analysis according to EN 13445-3 e ASME VIII Div.2
